We manufacture and sell Torefeeder® by applying ultra-fine hole processing technology.

■Features of Torefida®・Toray Precision's Torefeeder® allows you to change types at the work site using a special attachment.
・By aligning and transporting parts without vibration, scratches, chips, friction, and electrostatic charges can be minimized.
・Since there is no vibration, there is no vibration noise and it is extremely quiet.
・In addition to long and short side direction alignment, surface matching and inspection functions can be added.

■Parts feeder that achieves ultimate product damage-free performance using vibration-free parts conveyance technologyThe problem with general vibrating parts feeders is that they damage the workpieces when conveying the workpieces, but the Torefeeder® can handle all processes from workpiece input, posture control/alignment (alignment), to post-process supply. It is possible to eliminate vibration and ultimately suppress workpiece damage. In addition, it is a parts feeder with a new concept that has many unique features such as non-vibration, support for a wide variety of products, static charge control, in-machine inspection, and quietness.

Torefeeder®S is a basic vibration-free parts feeder with a simple workpiece length alignment function.

・Charging suppression structure: There are few places where the workpiece rubs against the aircraft structure, making it difficult for workpiece charging problems to occur.
・Direct connection to the next process: Since there is no vibration, the linear feeder end can be directly connected to the customer's next process.
