About This Product
SDT170 is an ultrasonic leak tester developed by SDT in Belgium. By detecting ultrasonic waves generated in various equipment or artificially generated ultrasonic waves, it is possible to investigate equipment abnormalities and wear and tear, as well as the airtightness of products.
■Display volume in dB
Not only can you hear the detected ultrasound as an audible sound, but you can also quantify the maximum volume of the ultrasound being received and perform a quantitative evaluation.
■Sensors can be used depending on the purpose
Ultrasonic sensors are available in contact types, movable types, magnetic types, etc. depending on the application. In addition, by replacing the sensor, it is possible to measure noise, rotation, temperature, illuminance, PH, etc. (Optional)
■Inspection of airtightness using a transmitter
An ultrasonic transmitter is placed in a closed space and ultrasonic waves are detected from the outside. If there is a seal failure in an opening or a crack in a partition wall, ultrasonic waves will pass through the gap and leak to the outside, making it possible to locate the problem.
