■Silicon carbide tube

Silicon carbide (SIC) Silicon carbide tubes, which are the core components of heat exchangers, are manufactured from high-purity silicon carbide powder using processes such as pressureless sintering, extrusion, condensation, and high-temperature sintering. Silicon carbide tubes are characterized by excellent thermal conductivity, thermal stability, and corrosion resistance. As standard products, we mainly handle tubes with a diameter of 14 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm, tubes with a diameter of 19 mm and a thickness of 2.25 mm, and lengths up to 4,000 mm. ■Heat exchanger performance characteristics

- Excellent corrosion resistance, resistant to corrosion by all chemical media except molten alkali metals. -Silicon carbide heat exchanger has excellent heat transfer performance with a thermal conductivity of up to 140w/m*C. -Silicon carbide heat exchanger can avoid the leakage problem of graphite heat exchanger due to adhesive failure. -Silicon carbide heat exchanger is dense, non-porous, and has a non-stick surface, which can significantly reduce the fouling coefficient. ・The thermal expansion coefficient of silicon carbide heat exchanger is very low, hardness is high, and strong, which avoids the cracking and enamel phenomena when using glass or enamel heat exchangers, adapts to a wide range of conditions, and has high Safety performance can be achieved.
