About This Product

■Helical structure high efficiency trap

HIMILE helical structure heat exchanger is mainly used in process points such as flue gas waste heat recovery, vacuum system exhaust gas recovery, large flow gas heating or heat recovery, underground coal mine air cooling and dehumidification, and certain characteristics . Adopting a unique spiral structure heat tube bundle, the tube arrangement distribution is evenly distributed and has the feature of high heat exchange efficiency. The special structure design of the shell side has low flow resistance, which completely solves the problem of equipment dulling due to water vapor condensation in cryogenic working conditions and the problem of solvent recovery in dusty working conditions. This is particularly suitable for high circulation and can reduce the required working conditions. The reasonable placement distribution of the tubes makes the gas distribution on the shell side uniform, producing stronger turbulence effect, avoiding heat exchange dead spots, greatly reducing the settling tendency of dust, and increasing the deposition rate.
