(Public Corporation) We have built up a track record over many years as a Japan Water Works Association inspection factory. As one of the few specialized manufacturers of coated steel pipes and deformed pipes in Japan, we have the latest processing equipment and advanced technology, and deliver high-quality products that meet a variety of needs.
■Features
These products are mainly intended for use in water supply, sewerage, industrial water, and agricultural water, and come in straight pipes and irregularly shaped pipes, and are manufactured based on JWWA and JIS standards. Steel materials such as SGP, STPY, and SS400 are used as the raw materials for the pipes, and after various processing, the outside surface is coated with cold-curing polyurethane, and the inside surface is coated with epoxy resin paint. This product is equivalent to the product that is generally called "STW" and distributed.
Paint specifications
■Inner surface
Use "liquid epoxy resin paint for water supply (JWWAK135)" or (JWWAK157) (JISG3443-4) standardized by the Japan Water Works Association.
■External surface
Uses "room temperature curing polyurethane (JWWAK151)" standardized by the Japan Water Works Association. (JISG3443-3).
