About This Product

Buff powder remover. A chemical that removes buffing powder without reducing gloss. It uniformly dissolves the surface layer without damaging the luster of the aluminum base, and removes buffing powder (oil) through the synergistic effect of bubbling caused by reaction foam. Therefore, it is now possible to remove buff powder that has penetrated into the aluminum base. Ideal as pre-treatment for Pika 1 chemical polishing treatment.

There is no generation of sulfuric acid gas or mist, and no scrubber is required. Not applicable to PRTR Law, Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law, and Fire Service Law. Unlike sulfuric acid-based removers, it hardly dissolves Ti/SUS. Ti jigs and SUS piping/tanks can also be used. Buff powder dissolves in the liquid without floating.
