About This Product

Low nitric acid concentration desmutting agent. Thanks to the action of the additive, smut that cannot be removed with nitric acid alone can be easily removed. Nitric acid concentration can be reduced to 1/6 of conventional levels. It is safe, environmentally friendly, speeds up desmatting, and reduces wastewater treatment costs.

■Features

・Nitrogen in wastewater can be reduced to less than 1/5 of conventional levels, reducing the load on wastewater treatment equipment. ・Deathmat processing can be performed more quickly. -Nitric acid concentration has been reduced in consideration of worker safety and storage management. ・There is no need to renew the liquid; just replenishing the liquid is sufficient. ・It has a longer lifespan and is more economical than nitric acid. ・Improves phosphorus coagulation and precipitation effects in wastewater treatment.

■Properties

It is a dark brown liquid. It has a nitric acid smell. This is a smut remover for aluminum that is based on nitric acid and contains several additives.

■How to use

The bath will be constructed in a desmat tank (SUS304, made of PVC). Low smut materials (1,000, 5,000 series) 10%, high smut materials (2,000, 6,000, 7,000 series) 20~30%. Rinse thoroughly with water after using the death mat. Impurities (smut) are neutralized and precipitated in the primary washing tank. It will become cloudy, so we recommend using running water in the washing tank.

■Management method

・Liquid balance management is not required. When the smut removal effect decreases, please replenish Smut Clean by referring to the relationship between specific gravity and concentration. ・If the smut removal effect is insufficient, please set the smut clean density higher. Or increase the temperature (about 25-30℃) and the processing time. ・Cast Clean is recommended for products containing a lot of silicon, such as ADC12.
