About This Product

Problems with torque, friction, wear, environmental resistance, rust, etc. What made the solution difficult was the retainer. The conventional approach was to improve lubrication to reduce friction with the cage. ADB is a completely new bearing that does not require a retainer and makes the balls non-contact. Since it is non-contact, it provides a dramatic solution that does not rely on lubrication.

■ADB Autonomous Decentralized Bearing

・Energy saving/high speed Differentiation based on basic performance ・Damage countermeasures: Fundamental resolution of defects

■Effect

・Energy saving Eliminates slippage between balls and cage ・Damage prevention Eliminates slippage between ball and track (ball clogging) ・No restrictions due to cage

■ADB angular contact ball bearing

- Fully filled with balls without inner ring hole. Simple and high performance. ・For ADB, please consider angular contact ball bearings first.

■ADB deep groove/double row angular ball bearing

・Compatible with conventional bearings. ・Inner ring hole filling structure (patented) that prevents cage damage, balls falling off, and separation of inner and outer rings. ・Low torque and high alignment without relying on lubrication. With conventional deep groove ball bearings, when the cage is removed, the balls only cover half of the raceway. Full ball bearings without cages are used in vacuum applications to improve this problem, but since the balls are loaded through slots provided in the inner and outer rings, the slots must be installed upwards. There was a drawback that the groove part could not be sealed. By assembling a bearing with an inner ring hole filling structure in which balls are filled through the inner ring hole and capped, the balls and cap will not fall off.
