About This Product

By making the corrugated tube into a coiled shape, it can be installed at sites where installation space is limited. Also, since it uses a corrugated tube, it is resistant to dirt and allows for highly efficient heat exchange. By increasing the ground contact area, heat exchange efficiency can be increased.

■Site suitable for use

Good even in relatively dirty water. Sand, red water, corrosive water, seawater, udon drainage, sewage, etc. Ideal when aiming for high efficiency with small flow rate and large area (20L/Min to 20L/Min). When cleaning, the connecting nozzle is disassembled and a specially designed CIP cleaning device (ROUNDCAVI) is used to remove and dissolve any deposits, solid matter, scale, etc. inside. It can also be made into a straight structure. However, the installation length is required.

■Disadvantages

Not suitable for sites with large flow rate and low efficiency. →Multi-tube type or immersion type. For clean water conditions, we recommend the plate type.

■Suitable site

When you want to deal with water quality such as boiler blow water, food factory effluent, cleaning factory effluent, hot spring effluent, circulating water from aquaculture farms, etc., where the plate type is a little worried because it contains dirt.
