About This Product

■Features

・All made of titanium, all made of SUS316, and other special materials such as Hastelloy and Inconel can also be manufactured. ・To areas where contamination is prevented as much as possible and reliable operation is performed. ・Integrated with fully welded structure ・Achieved high efficiency design using a fine tube with an inner diameter of 2.0 mm

■Product features

・All-pure titanium 0.3mm thin-walled tube: A specially designed ultra-thin titanium 0.3mm thin-walled material was developed by Tokyo Titanium and processed into a minute inner diameter tube of 2mm, achieving high efficiency. ・High efficiency design using fine tubes: The problem with water/water design was that the laminar flow of fluid caused by large diameter pipes led to a decrease in the film coefficient. By using small-diameter, ultra-thin tubes, we succeeded in reducing the low heat conduction area in the laminar flow section, achieving a K value (overall heat transfer coefficient) of over 4000W/m2・K. - Prevents ionization due to welded structure: By manufacturing titanium material using TIG welding without using any brazing material, it can be used as a heat exchanger that minimizes ionization of pure water.
