■Features

- Ultra-high efficiency design using aluminum. - Lightweight, aluminum structure with good thermal conductivity + inner fin type allows it to accommodate a wide variety of design conditions. ・For oil cooling/water heating/refrigerant gas evaporation solar hot water generation, etc.

■Special design + next-generation development design that only MDI can do

・Direct flow type: Ideal for thorough cooling/heating of liquid on one side ・Counterflow type: Ideal for increasing the efficiency of both fluids

■Special specifications available

・Replace the internal fins and adjust the resistance ・Change fin height/shape ・Change the external shape (height/width) ・Create a unique design that matches the physical properties ・Selection of large/small/low pressure/high pressure (3MPa)

■Differences from conventional plate heat exchangers

・Conventional manufacturing: It is necessary to press a plate pattern, and it is not possible to immediately respond to special physical properties and conditions. Since it is made of stainless steel, it has poor heat conduction and is heavy. ・Made of aluminum plate: Lightweight, aluminum structure with good thermal conductivity + inner fin type, can accommodate a wide variety of design conditions.
