About This Product

A structure dedicated to gas/liquid design with a world-leading brazing plate concept. AIREC (currently Alfa Laval) from Sweden, the birthplace of brazed plate heat exchangers, has finally realized the latest heat exchanger concept devised based on past experience. (AIREC was acquired by Alfa Laval in 2019, and MDI continues to handle its technical design and sales in Japan.) Low pressure loss on the gas side + high efficiency operation that was impossible with conventional methods This is a state-of-the-art heat recovery heat exchanger that enables We can make the best proposal for waste heat recovery applications where the size and price do not match even if you want to use a fin tube or general-purpose plate type, or for sites where installation size is an issue. The GLX30/GLXN30 model is a compact brazed plate heat exchanger for gas/liquid use, made of stainless steel plate brazed with copper or nickel solder. By adopting an asymmetrical plate pattern on the A and B sides for the purpose of a gas/liquid-specific design, we succeeded in achieving both a high-efficiency design that reduces pressure loss on the gas side and reduces temperature approach with the water side. did. ■Installation method

The GLX30/GLXN30 model is an exhaust gas heat recovery heat exchanger that allows module installation. By installing modules to prevent dirt and corrosion caused by large air volumes, it is possible to disassemble and clean, maintain, resurface, etc. in the event of an emergency. With conventional integrated fin tubes, if a leak such as pinhole corrosion occurs in even one location, the entire heat exchanger must be replaced, but with the GLX30/GLXN30 models, this risk can be reduced.
