About This Product

■Features of plate heat exchanger for recupulators

・Compatible with boiler intake air heating air handling unit ・Supports exhaust heat from room temperature to maximum around 600°C (aluminum around 400°C) ・Heat recovery possible up to a maximum temperature efficiency of 80% (by multi-stage design) ・Available for wall thickness design, so corrosion resistant design is possible. - Expanded fin pitch size to accommodate dirty environments

■Features of intercooler Aluminum

Because they are all soldered, they have better heat exchange efficiency than finned tubes with a caulked structure, and can be made more compact and have lower pressure loss. Compatible with high-temperature exhaust gas (250°C or less), and with a wider fin pitch, it can also be used in dirty environments. Automatic cleaning equipment and dedicated cleaning liquid can be designed to prevent powder, oil smoke, and PM stains.
