About This Product

■A wide range of GAS/GAS plate heat exchangers with optimal heat recovery.

・The standard material is aluminum, and it can be manufactured to a size that can be installed inside the air handling unit. - Plate pitch can be selected taking into consideration both optimal efficiency and pressure loss. ・The maximum pressure difference between the high temperature side and the low temperature side is 10,000Pa (0.1bar). - Epoxy coating suitable for corrosive air (e.g. swimming pool air) can be applied. ・Performance and quality certified by "EUROVENT" and "TUV". ・Stainless steel and highly corrosion-resistant polypropylene are also available. ・Special shapes (rectangles, plates with different spacing for each fluid, etc.) can also be accommodated. ・Bypass and damper can be selected as options.

■Accubloc that conveys humidity with an efficiency of over 90%

Accubloc is a regenerative heat exchanger with two or more heat storage banks designed to be installed in an air handling unit. Unlike the rotary type, the damper system alternately changes the flow of air as it passes through the heat storage area, making it especially suitable for processing large air volumes in locations with height restrictions. One thermal storage bank is storing heat (cooling the warm air coming from the unit) while the other bank is dissipating heat (heating the cold outside air).

■Adsorption film transmits over 85% of humidity

The heat storage bank can be coated with a highly efficient adsorption film. Capable of transmitting humidity of 85% or more in all temperature ranges. Most humidification energy can be reduced during the heating season.

■Features of Accubloc

・Maximum efficiency 95% - Humidity is transferred when one side of the air is cooled below the dew point, so no freezing or condensation occurs. - No auxiliary heater required. - You can send a -10VDC input signal to the overall controller to control efficiency. - The size can be determined according to the air handling unit (AHU), so no additional size processing is required. - Individually tested according to European standard "EN308". ・The heat storage bank can be removed and cleaned. -Compliant with German air hygiene standard "VDI6022".
