About This Product

This is a "plate type" developed to handle fluids that soak rubber gaskets and highly permeable fluids. The seals of the two plates are laser welded to create a bag-shaped cassette plate (twin plate), and a gasket is attached to this to combine. A welded channel and a gasket-sealed channel are formed alternately, and the fluid that soaks the gasket flows through the welded channel. It is ideal for cases where gaskets cannot be used on the process liquid side and disassembly and cleaning of the other side is required. Refrigeration systems using ammonia refrigerant, heating and cooling of solvents and process liquids, district heating and cooling He is active in etc. If there is dirt on the water side (sand, volcanic ash, iron rust, etc.), separate and remove it using a filter or multi-cyclone in advance. In addition, water scale (calcium, magnesium, etc.) that has precipitated inside the product may be resolved by internal circulation cleaning after a certain period of time, so before considering open cleaning, please consider circulation cleaning using a "dynamic descaler."
