About This Product

It is used in processes where dangerous reactions are expected when two fluids that exchange heat are mixed, and in applications where a mixing accident would have a negative impact on the outside world, such as in bioplants. Adopts a special pair of double-structured plates, which are combined in the same way as the general "plate type." Even if a crack or pinhole occurs in the plates, the fluid will flow out of the heat exchanger through the gap between the pair of plates, so there will be no mixing of the two fluids, and safe operation is possible. It can be used for applications where multi-tube heat exchangers, double-circuit intercoolers, indirect heating coils, etc. have traditionally been used, including cooling of transformer oil and heating of drinking water, chemical/bio plants, food, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It is used in various processes such as

- Avoids troubles caused by mixing of two fluids that exchange heat. ・Delivers the same heat exchange efficiency as the general "plate type". - Light and compact, making foundation work easy. It requires less installation space and maintenance space, and is extremely economical. - It can be disassembled and cleaned by simply removing the tightening bolts, and the operating capacity can be easily changed by increasing or decreasing the number of plates. ・The amount of fluid retained inside is small, allowing it to quickly respond to changes in operating conditions.
