About This Product

■Elecylinder is an electric actuator with integrated controller that specializes in movement between two points. (All ELECYLINDERs have a built-in controller base.) ELECYLINDER was developed with the concepts of ``simple'', ``high performance'', and ``profitability''.

・"Easy": Setting is extremely easy and does not require any complicated programs. And since it has the same ON/OFF control as an air cylinder, it is ideal for replacing air cylinders. ・High performance: Acceleration (A), speed (V), and deceleration (D) can be set individually to any value, leading to shorter cycle times and fewer stops. ・“Profitable”: Productivity improves by shortening cycle time and reducing short-term stoppages, leading to profits for the company. ELECYLINDER also contributes to energy saving.

■Radial cylinder features

・Rod type with built-in linear guide allows radial and rotational loads with internal guide. ・Since the rod expands and contracts when moving forward and backward, the space interference area decreases when it contracts. ・Longer stroke possible than standard rod type

■Radial cylinder new technology: pulse press

・Pulse motor driven electric press with built-in load cell ・Achieves push/tension control with repeated load accuracy of ±1.0% F.S using load cell feedback

■Radial cylinder application

・Press control of workpiece press-fitting, caulking, clamping, etc. ・Drive source when a guide mechanism is required for elevating and lowering the magazine, expanding and contracting the pusher on the line, etc. ・Replacement from rod type air cylinder ・Z-axis of Cartesian robot (preventing spatial interference when retracting and rising the guided rod, operation in constricted areas) ・Pulse press allows for more severe pressing control such as fitting and inserting workpieces.
