About This Product

■Elecylinder is an electric actuator with integrated controller that specializes in movement between two points. (All ELECYLINDERs have a built-in controller base.) ELECYLINDER was developed with the concepts of ``simple'', ``high performance'', and ``profitability''.

・"Easy": Setting is extremely easy and does not require any complicated programs. And since it has the same ON/OFF control as an air cylinder, it is ideal for replacing air cylinders. ・High performance: Acceleration (A), speed (V), and deceleration (D) can be set individually to any value, leading to shorter cycle times and fewer stops. ・“Profitable”: Productivity improves by shortening cycle time and reducing short-term stoppages, leading to profits for the company. ELECYLINDER also contributes to energy saving.

■Rod type features

・The rod operates in the same way as a rod-type air cylinder. - Workpieces can be attached using the threaded part at the end of the rod.

■Rod type applications

- Suitable for inserting workpieces, press-fitting, and caulking. - Ideal for replacing rod type air cylinders. - Suitable for lifter applications and workpiece unloading applications. - Suitable for use as a vertical movable axis in orthogonal combinations. *If a radial load is applied, an external guide is required.
