■ New dimension vending
The BMZ52 combines a new powerful machine concept that has matured and proven.
The BMZ52 manufactured by Wafios has created new market standards for the production of constant shaku, terminal processing pipes, and complex bending parts from burstock. The functions required for automatic automation, such as high automation, that is, the loading/unloading of materials, is possible by the newly designed turning -type vending head. A two -stage followover that can attach a stable and solid tool guarantees high accuracy during bending. The installed three -claw chuck mechanism can also be used for the terminal processed pipe.
Wafios BMZ52 can handle all the standard vendors in the market. With standard specifications, switching between left and right bending is possible by mechanical changes, but the BMZ52 modular concept enables left and right bending in the same process.
