■Summary

Flexy PAT is a system that can automate 0.5-5L scale organic synthesis reactions. Automatically controls temperature, stirring, amount added, pH, etc. The control software is designed to be intuitive and can display measured values ​​such as temperature in real time, so it can also be used as a data logger. By registering reaction conditions in advance, you can execute the synthesis reaction according to the recipe. The equipment configuration can be customized according to the content and scale of your experiment. One PC can control up to 6 reactors, so experiments with different conditions can be performed in parallel. It is a system that contributes to efficiency, labor savings, and remoteization of chemical and pharmaceutical process development.
