About This Product
■Summary
This device is a non-contact three-dimensional surface shape/roughness (Ra/Rq/Rz) measuring device that uses white LEDs.
An area of 5 mm x 5 mm can be measured at once in a short period of time (approximately 10 seconds) with a resolution of several µm. This device also has a built-in CCD camera, which allows comparison with CCD images.
In addition, by using optional transmitted illumination, you can measure the brightness of transparent materials, paper, and a wide range of measurements by combining it with a manual or automatic stage.
■Measurement principle: Projection method
The shape and roughness of the sample surface is measured from the length and angle of the shadow created by irradiating the sample surface with white LEDs from three directions.
