About This Product
Call a forklift with switches and sensors. You can judge the communication status with the flashing / lit state of the shine type switch.
■ Overview ･ Main characteristics
On the factory work line, if the parts are lost, the product is filled, and when you want to carry it to a forklift, the worker presses the switch on the terminal (FCALL-M8) to display the content on the lift terminal (FORKS-R) mounted on the forklift, and the lift worker can recognize it. The switch portion of the calling terminal is shy light type, and it is possible to determine what the communication of the call is in this blinking and lit state.
■ System configuration example
･ 8-point call terminal [FCALL-M8G] 2.4GHz band, [FCALL-M8S] 920MHz band
Press the call button to notify the network master and tell each lift terminal.
･ Network Master [NM-VI100]
Receive the call from each call terminal via the area master and notify each lift terminal.
･ Area master [AM-WR110]
Data between the network master and each terminal will be transmitted.
･ Lift terminal [FORKS-R]
The signal from the calling terminal is received, and the work is selected, executed, and the end of the work is possible.
･ Antenna integrated modem [UMM-2400] or [UMM-920]
There is an advantage that radio waves will not attenge even if the cable is long because the antenna and wireless modem are integrated.
Ideal for wireless transmission in a poorly visible place.
