About This Product

■Product overview SR510 type (1 phase) SR530 type (2 phase) lock-in amplifiers are low-cost, high-performance analog type lock-in amplifiers. It is possible to efficiently measure minute signals buried in noise with a high S/N ratio. Both SR510 and SR530 feature low-noise voltage input (differential input possible) and current input, bandpass and line notch filters, and two-stage time constant (lowpass filter) to achieve a dynamic reserve of up to 80 dB. ■Features ・Low noise voltage (differential input possible), current input ・High sensitivity 10 nV or 100 fA ・Frequency band 0.5 to 100 kHz ・Dynamic reserve 80 dB (maximum) ・Tracking bandpass & line notch filter ・With internal oscillator ・RS-232 interface standard equipment ■Applications ・Minimal signal measurement ・Signal measurement from photodetector (photomultiplier tube, PD, etc.) ・AC signal measurement
