■Product overview

DS5 is a dual beam UV-visible spectrophotometer that can be operated intuitively with a touch panel. It is compatible with measurements from 190 to 1,100 nm, and uses a dual beam method to obtain highly accurate and stable measurement values ​​(displayed as absorbance or transmittance) even over long periods of measurement. Bandwidth can be selected from 5 steps from 0.5 to 4.0 nm, and scan speed can be selected from 9 steps from high resolution 10 nm/min to a maximum of 6,000 nm/min, allowing measurement under appropriate conditions for each measurement target. is. We also have a wide selection of accessories for temperature control, flow measurement, glass, and film measurement. Control via PC is also possible as an option.

■Dual beam method

Since the sample and reference are measured at the same time, blank correction can be performed automatically. Since it is less susceptible to changes in the light source and detector over time, highly accurate and stable measurement values ​​can be obtained even over long periods of time.
