Frequency domain high-speed FLIM camera (1 million pixels), compatible with fluorescence lifetime measurements of 100 ps - 100 µs

■High-speed, high-resolution fluorescence lifetime imaging camera pco.flim Product introduction

pco.flim is a high-speed, high-resolution fluorescence lifetime imaging camera using a 2-tap CMOS image sensor. Using a frequency domain method, it is possible to measure fluorescence lifetimes in the range of 100 ps - 100 µs by using a modulated CW light source and analyzing the phase difference between the reference light and fluorescence. A USB 3.0 interface is used to transfer measured image data and operate and control the camera and light source. The basic configuration includes the camera body, chiller, CW light source, control PC, and data collection/analysis software, and optional parts for connecting to the microscope or camera lens are included.
