■High-speed, high-resolution fluorescence lifetime imaging camera pco.flim Frequency domain high-speed FLIM camera (1 million pixels), compatible with fluorescence lifetime measurements of 100 ps - 100 µs ■High-speed, high-resolution fluorescence lifetime imaging camera pco.flim Product introduction pco.flim is a high-speed, high-resolution fluorescence lifetime imaging camera using a 2-tap CMOS image sensor. Using a frequency domain method, it is possible to measure fluorescence lifetimes in the range of 100 ps - 100 µs by using a modulated CW light source and analyzing the phase difference between the reference light and fluorescence. A USB 3.0 interface is used to transfer measured image data and operate and control the camera and light source.
