■Product overview
The Cell Probe series (manufactured by Enwave Optronics), a probe Raman spectrometer for bioprocess analysis, is a probe-type Raman spectrometer for monitoring changes in multiple parameters of cell culture and fermentation in bioreactors.
The instrument is equipped with two types of dedicated probes for various bioreactors and is equipped with CellQuanT chemometrics and OPC tools to support real-time process control. It is designed not only for process development laboratories but also for measurements on production sites.
The excitation laser oscillation wavelength is CW785 nm (output 500 mW), and it is equipped with a high sensitivity, low noise, and high S/N ratio CCD spectrometer with a measurement wave number range of 100 to 3,300 cm-1. It has a compact design with a device size of approximately 324 × 394 × 178 mm and a weight of approximately 13.6 kg, and has an integrated structure that requires no optical adjustment and is portable.
