■High-performance probe Raman spectrometer ・Equipped with high performance cooled CCD detector (maximum -60℃), high sensitivity, low noise, high S/N ratio ・Excitation wavelength 785nm & 532nm DUAL type, microscopic Raman options expandable ■Product overview The high-performance probe Raman spectrometer (manufactured by Enwave Optronics) has the features of a Raman probe that allows easy and quick Raman measurements without the need for troublesome optical adjustments, and has cooling performance of up to -60℃. Equipped with a high-performance cooled CCD detector, this high-performance device boasts high sensitivity, low noise, and high S/N ratio. The excitation laser wavelength can be selected from 785nm and 532nm. The lineup also includes the "DUAL series," which is equipped with a two-wavelength laser. Equipped with a laser intensity adjustment function, Raman spectroscopic measurements can be performed at the laser intensity that is optimal for the sample. The "EZ-Raman-N series" is ideal for laboratory use, the "EZ-Raman-L series" is a highly sensitive type for laboratory use, the "EZ-Raman-I series" is a portable type, and the "ProRaman-" is equipped with a high-sensitivity CCD. We have a rich lineup, including the "L series" and the "ProRaman-W series", which is ideal for process monitors.
