■Picometer ultra-high resolution spectrometer Hyperfine-HN series

・High wavelength resolution from 0.8 pm using etalon technology, also supports pulse measurement with a repetition frequency of 10Hz ・High-resolution measurement of bright light sources (lasers, diode lasers, superluminescent diodes)

■Picometer ultra-high resolution spectrometer Hyperfine-HN series Product overview

The picometer ultra-high resolution spectrometer Hyperfine-HN series (manufactured by Light Machinery) is a spectrometer with picometer resolution designed for characterizing bright light sources (lasers, semiconductor lasers, superluminescent diodes, etc.) . Equipped with an etalon optical system created using the company's proprietary polishing technology, it achieves high resolution comparable to large long focus spectrometers. The measurement wavelength range corresponds to the VIS/NIR region (select from a total of 11 models), and the narrow measurement wavelength range model allows measurement at a maximum resolution of 0.8 picometers. In addition to CW oscillation measurements, it is also possible to perform single shot to 10 Hz synchronous measurements using external trigger control. LabVIEW drivers and C# software are also available.
