We design and manufacture various spectrometers ranging from soft X-rays to vacuum ultraviolet, ultraviolet, visible, and infrared spectrometers, and have high reliability and performance by adopting high-rigidity bodies, high-precision optics, and high-precision slits. With our advanced technical capabilities and extensive knowledge of spectrometers, we are able to systemize and custom-order for various requests.
