■High-performance spectrometer (spectrograph/monochromator) overview

The MS2000, MS3500, MS5200, and MS7500 series of spectrometers manufactured by SOL Instruments are highly functional spectrometers that can be equipped with up to 4 gratings, have up to 2 exit ports, and are compatible with imaging types that suppress astigmatism. When used as a detector, the attached detector can be of any type, from multi-channel sensors such as CCD to single-element sensors such as PMT, and can be used for various research purposes. We have a large number of measurement results, including weak light measurements such as Raman scattering and fluorescence by connecting high-sensitivity cooled CCD detectors, and fluorescence lifetime measurements using APD. It can also be used as a spectrometer for wavelength selection of white light sources. It has excellent cost performance, and you can choose the features and specifications that suit your budget. We can design adapters for bundle fibers and detectors, and produce optical systems. Please contact us.

■Highly versatile and high-performance spectrometer

SOL instruments' Czerny Turner spectrometer is a high-performance spectrometer with small aberrations and suppresses multiple stray lights from mirrors and gratings. It has a good reputation for advanced spectroscopy applications that require high resolution and as a spectrometer for wavelength switching of light sources. Additionally, this spectrometer has a wide flat focus field, which suppresses differences in the wavelength resolution of each track, for example, in multi-track spectroscopic measurements using a CCD detector. In addition to automatic control of slits and gratings, the optional filter wheels are also automatically switched according to the measurement wavelength. Since there are two output ports, one can be attached to ANDOR's high-sensitivity CCD detector, and the other can be attached to a single element detector such as PMT or APD. A wide range of options are available, including external high-speed mechanical shutters and fiber connection adapters.
