Andor Technology's "High Sensitivity Low Noise Spectrometer Shamrock/Kymera" is a Czerny Turner type spectrometer developed to easily perform advanced spectroscopic measurements using the company's high sensitivity detector.
You can choose from four types with focal lengths of 19cm, 32cm, 50cm, and 75cm, depending on the wavelength range and wavelength resolution to be simultaneously measured. All control can be performed from the Andor Solis software on the same screen as the detector.
■High sensitivity detector…ideal for weak light spectroscopy and high repetition spectroscopy
Attach Andor Technology's high-sensitivity detector to measure weak light. We install detectors such as CCD, EMCCD, and ICCD according to the application. By having two emission ports, it is possible to attach detectors with different wavelength ranges.
■User-friendly operation screen (Kymera193i, Kymera328i, SR-500i, SR-750)
Control with Andor Solis software provides easy-to-understand graphics and one-click operation, allowing you to easily set spectrometer parameters. Additionally, since the screen is the same as the detector, you can control the center wavelength of the grating while the detector is operating.
Intuitive operation allows you to learn how to operate it in a short amount of time. Ideal for laboratories with many users.
■Equipped with a scanning function that measures a wide wavelength range with high resolution
Measurement using a multichannel detector has the advantage of being able to measure spectra without sweeping the center wavelength, but when high wavelength resolution is required, the measurable wavelength range becomes narrow.
However, with this Shamrock, it is possible to perform scanning that measures and connects spectra in multiple wavelength ranges while changing the center wavelength of the grating, which was previously considered difficult. This function makes it possible to capture a wide wavelength range with high wavelength resolution.
