■Fiber-coupled sCMOS camera Zyla 5.5 HF Product Overview

"Fiber-coupled sCMOS camera Zyla 5.5 HF" is a fiber-coupled scintillator-attached camera to Andor Technology's high-sensitivity sCMOS camera Zyla series. Imaging high-energy photons is possible by attaching the scintillator directly to a fiber optic plate (FOP) at the tip of the camera. Due to fiber coupling, bright and distortion-free image data can be obtained. The frame rate is also 100fps, which allows for faster measurements than conventional high-sensitivity CCDs.

■High spatial resolution

The Zyla 5.5 HF has a spatial resolution of 35 lp/mm with FOP attached.

■Scintillator connection option

The camera body comes with an FOP, but for actual use it is common to connect a scintillator. Therefore, Andor Technology offers the option of a scintillator holder and a Beryllium holder on the front of the camera. It is also possible to purchase the device with a scintillator attached, without having to prepare it in advance. Additionally, the structure allows the scintillator to be easily replaced depending on the application.
