About This Product

■Product overview

TeraSpike is a near-field microprobe for a detector using a photoconductive antenna and an emitter using InGaAs. TeraSpike uses flexible material for the antenna, making it easy to handle and can be used by incorporating it into existing THz-TDS systems.

■THz scanning system Tera Cube

TeraCube is a device that is based on terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) and incorporates a near-field microprobe to image the surface of the measurement target on a microscale. This device has an optical system built into one box and can be controlled by a PC, making it easy to use.
