About This Product

■Product overview

Hinds' photodetector DET-200 is a detector used for phase modulation using a photoelastic modulator (PEM) and various other measurements. Silicon detectors are sensitive to wavelengths from 350 (200) to 1,100 nm, and germanium detectors are sensitive to wavelengths from 800 to 1,600 nm. Frequency response is up to 1MHz, and it also has 10-step gain settings and DC offset function. This photodetector is ideal for polarization measurements using PEM, and has a sensitivity of 0.05 mW to 6 mW (approximate). Suitable for measurements using a laser light source. Select the model according to the wavelength range you will use.
