About This Product

■Product overview

The SR400 gated photon counter is a photon counting counter for measuring weak light. Photons are measured by counting current pulses from a photomultiplier tube. The input pulse signal is a discriminator that separates noise and signals and only counts the signals, making it possible to measure weak light with high sensitivity. In addition, in gate mode, it is possible to apply a gate to the measurement signal, and it is also possible to sweep the gate.
