About This Product

■LDLS Wavelength Programmable Light Source Product Overview

LDLS Wavelength Programmable Light Source: The Chromatiq Spectral Engine TM (manufactured by Energetiq, HAMAMATSU Company) is a sophisticated, revolutionary light source that allows the spectral distribution of the irradiated light to be freely programmed like an “equalizer.” We reproduce light with custom spectral distributions required by customers, such as white LEDs, CIE D65 light sources, incandescent lamp light sources, CIE F12 distributions, multi-peak distributions, and specified monochromatic light switching. The wavelength range is 380-780nm, and the total flux over the entire range is typically 8.6 mW. The irradiation spectral distribution can be switched at a high speed of 10 milliseconds. It can be used for a variety of purposes, including calibrating and inspecting ambient light sensors, evaluating cameras/image sensors/CMOS, and calibrating colorimetric measurement equipment. The base light source is equipped with a laser-excited plasma light source (LDLS white light source) that has high radiance, long life (typical value of 10,000 hours or more), and high stability, allowing inspection without lamp replacement or adjustment.・It is possible to conduct experiments.

■Reproduction of various spectral distributions

Monochromatic light variable, white LED, CIE D65 light source, incandescent lamp light source, CIE F12 distribution, multi-peak distribution, etc. High-speed switching of 10 milliseconds or less (TTL signal input)

■Spectrum data setting screen

Set target spectral distribution using CSV data and reproduce with high accuracy

■Application example

・Calibration and inspection of ambient light sensor ・Evaluation of camera/image sensor/CMOS ・Calibration of colorimetric measurement equipment, etc.
