■Small semiconductor laser Lambda beam Overview

Lambda Beam, a compact laser module from RGB Lasersystems, has a wide lineup with a compact housing, wavelengths from 375 to 1064 nm, and outputs up to 1,000 mW. Excellent beam quality (TEM00) and active temperature control using a Peltier element provide high stability. It also has a modulation function using external signals and can modulate up to 1.5MHz. The Wavelock model oscillates in a narrow band (single longitudinal mode). There are two output types to choose from: spatial beam output and fiber output. *The center wavelength is up to ±5 nm from the specified wavelength. Depending on diode selection, it may be possible to achieve a specified wavelength of ±1 nm. Fine adjustment is possible by temperature adjustment. (Excluding DPSS laser)
