■Board overview

A large 5-digit 7-segment LED display. It can be connected directly to a PC or board computer with a serial port to display numbers, alphabetic characters, and special symbols. Can be used in a wide range of applications such as vending machines, amusement machines, and FA applications. Multidrop allows up to 16 displays to be connected in a daisy chain and controlled individually. Furthermore, it can be directly connected to devices that only have TLL level serial output instead of RS232C. Easy to program. In addition to commands that control each digit individually, various commands are available to aid programming, such as the ability to display numerical values ​​(decimal, hexadecimal). It also has a blink function and a decimal point control function, allowing various display expressions. The external shape and commands are compatible with PCCTR-SGN-M5 and can be replaced as is. (Functionally, it is compatible with higher levels, and a brightness adjustment function and display abnormality check function are added.)
