■System overview

BVCM-MIF-02-IM10 is an interface board developed exclusively for electronic money payment terminals (PAX IM10). Communication with IM10 is done through a JVMA specification interface that is common in vending machines, but the interface with the host system is done via USB or serial communication. Therefore, you can connect it to any system that has a USB port or COM port, such as a PC or microcomputer board, and control the IM10. The feature of this machine is that it has not only signal conversion hardware but also a dedicated state machine that controls the IM10 internally. This state machine constantly communicates with IM10, automatically completes the payment when a payment instruction is received from the higher-level system, and returns the result status to the higher-level system. This makes program development for the host system much easier. Compatible system

・All PCs or one-board microcontrollers that can use COM ports ・PC or one-board microcontroller equipped with USB2.0/3.0

■Supported OS

・When using USB, an OS that supports VCP (virtual COM port) ・When using a COM port, if the COM port can be controlled, it does not depend on the OS and can be used with any OS or without an OS.
