■Diffusion of warm air by fan motor
A fan motor (propeller fan) for promoting convection diffuses the heat from the heater and quickly equalizes the temperature inside the housing.
■Compact design
A thin space heater with a fan that is easy to install inside the housing. Space within the housing can be used effectively.
■5 types of calorific value
There are five types of heat output: 100W, 150W, 200W, 300W, and 400W. Single-phase 100V and single-phase 200V power supply voltages are available. You can choose according to the size and capacity of the case.
■Easy installation on DIN rail
It can be installed on a DIN rail with a rail width of 35 mm using the included DIN rail mounting brackets and screws.
To utilize heat effectively, install the heater low in the enclosure.
■Built-in thermal protector
A thermal protector is built into the heat sink of the heater section to protect against overheating. (The fan motor part has an impedance protection specification for overheating protection.)
■Easy to connect
The connection part with the wiring lead wire is a terminal block. Therefore, it is possible to wire according to the length of the cable you are using.
■Measures against condensation and high humidity
Temperature fluctuations are the biggest cause of condensation. Condensation and high humidity can be prevented by maintaining the temperature inside the housing at a set temperature using the control panel heater unit.
■Freezing/low temperature measures
In cold regions, the ambient temperature around the device may drop below the operating temperature range. Control panel heater units keep your equipment within specifications even in cold regions.
■Effective usage with heater temperature switch
By using the HMA series with the heater temperature switch (sold separately), you can drive the heater only when it is necessary to heat the inside of the housing, making it possible to operate the heater efficiently and with energy savings.
