The rotation speed is constantly monitored by the rate generator installed in the AC motor. The rotation speed is controlled so that the set speed is maintained even if the load fluctuates.
■Circuit digitization
Most of the conventional analog circuits are digitized and incorporated into the CPU, significantly reducing the number of circuit components. We have achieved unprecedented miniaturization and low price. In addition, digitalization has made it possible to bring the deviation between the speed command value and speed detection value close to zero, improving the speed fluctuation rate from -5% to ±1%*.

The main body is 35mm wide and can be mounted closely, allowing for neat installation even when using multiple axes.

Depth 90mm. It can also be installed on a thin control panel.
■One-touch connector connection between motor and driver
Wiring between the speed controller and motor can be easily installed and removed using the connector method.
■I/O wiring is crimped and screwless, requiring no screw tightening.
Eliminates the need for soldering, crimping tools, and screw tightening torque management. Reduces wiring time and maintenance effort.
■Easy installation on DIN rail
The speed controller can be installed directly on the DIN rail.
■Improve reliability with alarm output
Closed-loop control provides real-time feedback of motor status to the controller. Outputs an alarm signal and stops power supply to the motor in the event of an abnormality, such as motor lock due to overload.
