About This Product

This is a 30 minute rated motor that allows you to instantly switch the direction of motor rotation. A simple brake is built into the rear of the motor, making it ideal for applications where forward and reverse operations are frequently repeated.

■Easy driving

You can easily operate it by simply connecting a capacitor and connecting it to an AC power source.

■Brakeback stops the motor instantly

Suitable for applications that reduce the overrun of reversible motors and instantly stop them. The brake pack SB50W is equipped with a function that can output an alarm signal when the thermal protection built into the motor is activated.

■Compliant with overseas safety standards

All models comply with various safety standards and have built-in overheat protection devices.

■Gearhead: Easily achieves deceleration and torque increase

By combining the motor and gearhead, it is possible to reduce the speed to the desired speed or increase the torque.

■Linear head: Converts motor rotation to linear motion

By combining with a linear head, the rotational motion of the motor can be converted into linear motion. We offer square rack type and round rack type.

■Brake mechanism

A reversible motor has a built-in simple brake mechanism (friction brake) at the rear of the motor. This brake mechanism is installed for the following purposes: ・Improve instantaneous reversible characteristics by adding frictional load. ・Reduce overrun. The mechanism uses a coil spring to constantly apply pressure to the brake shoes against the brake plate, causing them to slide. Although it has a certain degree of holding force, there is a limit to the braking force due to this structure, and we limit it to about 10% of the motor's output torque.
