When compared to a three-phase induction motor with a 90mm mounting angle, the BLE series standard type has a 75mm shorter overall length, but the output is 1.3 times higher.
■Excellent speed stability
Speed fluctuation rate is ±0.5% (relative to load) *. Even in applications where the load conditions change, it is possible to drive at stable speeds in all speed ranges from low to high speeds.
*Can be improved to ±0.2% by using data setter OPX-2A (sold separately), support software MEXE02, or RS-485 communication
■Effective for energy saving
Brushless motors are highly efficient because they use permanent magnets to reduce secondary losses in the rotor. If you replace the inverter-controlled three-phase motor with the BLE series, it is possible to reduce power consumption by approximately 23%. This is a speed control motor that is effective for saving energy in equipment.
■Vertical drive + speed control possible (motor with electromagnetic brake*)
The BLE series motor with electromagnetic brake allows stable speed control even during vertical drive (lowering operation). Of course, it can be used not only for vertical drive, but also for load holding purposes during horizontal drive.
*Each output comes with an electromagnetic brake.
