■High-strength, low-noise gearhead increases torque
We offer a variety of high-strength, low-noise special gearheads for brushless motors. By utilizing a gearhead, it is possible to obtain large torque that cannot be generated by a single motor, making it possible to drive with large inertia. In addition, the speed reduction effect of the gears can suppress speed fluctuations due to changes in load.
■Structure
Our brushless motor is an inner rotor type. There is a rotor inside the stator, and permanent magnets are placed on its surface. Since the rotor is thin and the moment of inertia is small, the response during acceleration and deceleration is excellent. Additionally, because the stator is located close to the motor surface, it has good heat dissipation, making it a small, high-output motor.
■Torque curve with small speed fluctuations
Due to the torque design focusing on the practical range of medium to low speeds, speed fluctuations are small in response to changes in load.
■It is also possible to utilize the high speed range and low speed high torque range.
By combining with a customer-designed driver, it is possible to utilize high-speed and low-speed, high-torque operating ranges. (Short-time operation area) Contributes to improving application performance.
■High torque generated per unit current
The design has a large torque constant, allowing a small motor to drive high loads. It can also be used with ease even in areas where torque is limited by current limits due to power supply or circuit constraints.
■Low cogging torque
Low cogging torque is achieved by an appropriate combination of the number of rotor magnetic poles and the number of stator slots. Suppresses vibrations and uneven rotation at low speeds and rotates smoothly.
■ Strong against eccentric loads
Creep resistance is improved by installing an O-ring on the bearing outer ring (connector type round shaft* only). It can also be used for fans and pumps.
■Vibration suppression by rotor balance adjustment
We suppress rotor imbalance through inspection and adjustment. Suppresses vibrations and uneven rotation in medium and high speed ranges, and rotates smoothly.
