Fine speed settings and excellent speed variation allow for a variety of operations.
■Short the takt time of the equipment
Takt time is shortened by shortening start-up time and deceleration time.
Two factors that reduce equipment takt time
■① Reducing startup time
Shorten start-up time with instantaneous maximum torque (1.5 times the rated torque)
■② Reducing downtime
The deceleration and stop time can be set short.
■Selection of deceleration and stop method (digital setting type, RS-485 communication type)
Generates braking force when decelerating to a stop and stops according to an arbitrarily set time. The deceleration and stop operation can be set on the support software MEXE02.
■Torque adjustment (digital setting type, RS-485 communication type)
Equipped with a torque limit function that suppresses the torque generated by the motor. The instantaneous maximum torque range can be set from 0 to 200%, with the rated torque being 100%. Additionally, the support software MEXE02 allows you to monitor the load factor and output information at arbitrarily set thresholds (torque values).
