The BMU series has a maximum speed of 4,000r/min. Achieves a speed ratio of 1:50 (80 to 4,000r/min). The speed fluctuation rate has also been significantly improved from ±0.5% of the conventional product to ±0.2%.
■Advantages of brushless motors
Brushless motors achieve high efficiency by using permanent magnets in the rotor. This is an energy-saving motor that can reduce power consumption and CO2 emissions. Furthermore, the small and lightweight motor helps conserve resources and contributes to carbon neutrality efforts.
■Speed display
Displays motor rotation speed in units of 1r/min. Also, by calculating the conveyor reduction ratio and setting the "reduction ratio" parameter, the conveyor transport speed can be displayed in m/s.
■Load factor display
The load factor can be displayed as a percentage (40 to 200%), assuming the motor's rated torque as 100%. In addition to checking the load status when starting up the equipment, you can also check the load status due to aging.
■Protection function
Equipped with various protection functions such as overload protection function and overvoltage protection function. When the protection function is activated, an alarm signal is output in addition to displaying the alarm code on the display.
■4-speed operation possible
4-speed operation can be performed by setting data in operation data No.0, No.1, No.2, and No.3 and switching the M0 and M1 terminal inputs.
■Set acceleration/deceleration time
Acceleration and deceleration times can be set digitally in addition to being adjusted using an acceleration/deceleration time setting device.
■Setting range: 0.0 to 15.0 seconds (Initial value: 0.5 seconds)
You can finely adjust the shock relief when starting and stopping conveyed objects, and you can freely set the time to match the takt time.
■Holds the output shaft when stopped
The load can be held electrically when the motor is stopped. (Holding force is approximately 50% of rated torque)
■Other functions
・Dial operation lock
- When operating with external signals, the front panel switch operation can be disabled.
