This device is a monitor device that is inserted between the oscillator and load of a microwave transmission line and monitors the load impedance of plasma, etc. in real time. Reflection coefficient Γ, VSWR, and phase θ can be measured and displayed as a chart on a personal computer as an impedance display format.
