Extrusion molding of sheet material has been carried out at the Kyushu factory since 2006. While many carrier tape manufacturers rely on purchasing raw sheets and carrier reels, we are the only manufacturer in Japan that can provide low-cost products through integrated production from plastic raw materials (pellets).
■Complete support for customers as everything is produced in-house.
In the unlikely event of a quality incident, we can quickly identify the cause, take countermeasures, and take countermeasures against spills because everything is produced in-house.
■Established vacuum, compressed air, and press methods, capable of deep drawing/complex shapes
