About This Product

A PS (polystyrene) sheet with excellent features that make QC easier.

■Strengths of this product

・Achieved high quality sheets through joint development with raw material manufacturers. Due to the resin properties, there are fewer slit burrs, pilot holes, and bottom hole punching burrs, which improves the problem of dust generation and thread burrs during embossing molding. ・Excellent elongation during pocket molding, allowing for uniform pocket thickness. ・It has good moldability and can be expected to increase stable heating and molding tact, contributing to cost reduction. Deep drawing with a pocket depth of 15 mm or more is also possible. ・It has a small coefficient of friction and excellent mold releasability, preventing deformation due to biting of the mold during mold release during deep drawing. - Due to its stretchability, formability, and mold release properties, it has excellent pocket buckling strength, improves pocket collapse, and reduces costs by reducing sheet thickness. ・Less slit burrs, hole burrs, and edge dust generation ・Good elongation and formability, suitable for deep drawing ・Stable electrical properties (standard values: charging grade less than 1×1011Ω, conductive grade less than 1×107Ω) ・Excellent mold releasability (low frictional resistance) ・Excellent buckling strength (stable formability provides excellent buckling strength)

■Carrier sheet GS70C that reduces burrs and dust generation

A disadvantage of conventional products is that the conductive sheet generates a lot of dust due to burrs during processing and friction with the guides of the taping machine and mounter, which can cause adhesion to devices and clogging of the mounter's nozzle.
