About This Product

IR3000 is an online near-infrared moisture meter. By adopting a unique twin beam method, stable readings can be obtained even if the temperature inside the sensor changes. Equipped with a Japanese display function for excellent handling. You can measure the moisture content of powder, paper, film, etc. online with high sensitivity. In addition, it is equipped with a Japanese display ROM for excellent operability, and it is easy to connect to a PC using the Ethernet terminal.

■Features・Double beam prevents zero point drift due to temperature changes inside the sensor.
・High measurement accuracy is achieved with a specific narrow band filter and precision lens.
・The light source lamp has a long lifespan with an average guarantee of 20 years (4 times longer lifespan than our products).
- Large condensing mirror and high-resolution sensor enable measurement of black samples with low reflectance.
・Long service life guaranteed for 20 years with a motor that supports high speeds due to high-speed filter rotation
- New digital processor provides high-speed processing technology (approximately 25 times faster than our company's) and is resistant to external noise.
・Equipped with Japanese display ROM for excellent operability
・PDA with the latest Blue Eye technology can be used
・Equipped with RS485 and Ethernet output for easy connection to a computer
・We can deliver the optimal wavelength filter according to the user's application.
・Setting memory uses non-battery flash memory
